Degassing agent for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7656 is a specific degassing agent designed for eliminate bubbling of powder coated on porous substrates.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda®K7656 is a high performance debubbling agent used in a broad range of powder coatings based on TGIC, HAA, Hybrid, Epoxy, PU and Polyacrylate.
　 ● Especially it is recommended to be used in HAA powder coatings .
　 ● Less pinholes, bubbles and craters.
　 ● Better effect can be obtained by post-addition.
　 ● Not effect gloss & silk screen printing .

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix K7656 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.5-2 % by weight, calculated on total formula weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 20kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
