Special film hardening agent for powder coatings

Jietonda® SA5066 is a modified PTFE wax, which is used as antiwear agent powder coatings to increase hardness, scratch/friction resistance of film.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda® SA5066 is a high performance antiwear agent used in a broad range of powder coatings based on TGIC, HAA, Hybrid, Epoxy, PU and Polyacrylate.
　 ● Increasing hardness, scratch/friction resistance.
　 ● Improving lubrication.
　 ● Imparting antifouling property.
　 ● Suitable for post-addition.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA5066 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● As a free flowing-white powder it can also be used by dry blend.
　 ● The use level is 0.5-1.5% by weight, calculated on total formula weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 20kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
