Curing agent for Epoxy powder coatings

Jietonda® K7108 is an accelerated DICY curing agent for epoxy, which is applied for thin film decorative coating or functional epoxy powder coating, such as pipeline coating, rebar coating, etc. It can achieve mild temperature curing(150℃) or quick curing. Impart the film an excellent appearance and good mechanical properties.

1. Typical properties

2. Characteristics
　 ● Provide 150℃/10min low temperature curing or 240℃/2min fast curing.
　 ● Applied for thin film decorative coating or functional epoxy powder coating, Impart the film an excellent appearance and good mechanical properties.
　 ● Good storage stability.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix K7108 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 4-6 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin (E.E.W 700~900) by weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature below 25℃ or cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● The shelf life of K7108 is at least 1 year when stored under above conditions.

5. Advisement
　 ● To keep the storage stability,coating powders formulated by K7108 should be stored below 25℃ or cool dry place and avoid wetting-absorption.
