Charge enhancing agent for powder coatings

Jietonda® SA2485 is a polar fatty acid derivative used as charge-enhancing agent to improve powder coating transfer efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda® SA2485 can be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on PES/TGIC, PES/HAA, Hybrid, Epoxy, PU and Acrylate.
　 ● High charging performance.
　 ● Improve leveling.
　 ● Less pinholes and craters.
　 ● Improved substrate wetting.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA2485 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.2-0.5% by weight calculated on total formula.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
