Glycidyl functional acrylic resin for powder coatings

Jietonda® SA300 is a glycidyl containing-solid acrylic resin capable reactive with carboxyl or amine compound, which is designed to be used in combination with other curing agents to provide powder coatings with higher crosslink density, improved mechanical properties, heat and chemical resistance.

2. Characteristics
　 ● As co-reactant or accelerator, Jietonda® SA300 is recommended to use in such powder coating system based on crosslinkage chemistry of oxirane reactive with carboxyl compounds to provide
　 ● Higher crosslink density.
　 ● Improved mechanical properties.
　 ● Heat and chemical resistance and gloss adjustable.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA300 with other components of the formula before extrusion.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of SA300 under above conditions is at least 2 years.
