Anti-yellowing additive for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7005 is an efficient additive which is specially designed for improving the bake yellowing resistance of coatings, during the process of either gas baking or electric baking.It can be used in PES/TGIC and PES/HAA system and so on, and impart excellent Anti-yellowing performance to the films.

1. Typical properties

Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Significantly inhibit yellowing of coatings during the process of either gas baking or electric baking;
　 ● Can be used in PES/TGIC and PES/HAA systems, etc.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix K7005 with other components of the formulation before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.3-1.0% by weight, based on total formulation weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packing with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-35℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
