Leveling agent for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7567 is a white powder based on an acrylate polymer active ingredient. It has good leveling properties for powder coatings.

1. Typical properties

Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Excellent leveling performance and weather resistance;
　 ● Prevent coating film defects such as pits, pinholes, and fish eyes;
　 ● Good film appearance and recoating performance;
　 ● It can be used in a variety of powder coating systems such as pure polyester, pure epoxy, polyester / epoxy hybrid, acrylic, and polyurethane.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Mix with other components in the formula in a high-speed mixer and then extrude through the extruder.
　 ● The dosage is 0.7-1.5% of the total weight of the formula.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packed in barrels with a net weight of 20 kg per barrel.
　 ● Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire sources.
　 ● Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of ﹤ 32 ℃.
