Jietonda® SA2487 is a highly efficient charge enhancing agent, which can significantly increase the powder rate when applied to powder coatings, and can overcome the Faraday effect in the spraying process.

2. Characteristics
? Effectively improve the charging performance of powder coatings, and significantly increase the coating powder rate.
? Overcoming the Faraday effect and significantly improving the powder coating on grooves.
? No catalytic activity, does not affect the gloss of the coating and the gel time of the coating.
? Good geothermal stability and anti-yellowing properties.
? Does not affect powder storage stability.
3. Use method & levels
? Premix SA2487 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
? The use level is 0.3-1.5% by weight calculated on total formula.
4. Package & Storage
? Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
? Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire.
? Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of <32°C.
